As we charge shipping based on weight, we use the fastest and most convenient shipping option as determined based on your location. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.
Please be aware that although we try our best to provide the fastest shipping, transit times can vary and we have no control over this or what happens during transit. We do not refund for misplaced packages during transit or delays but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Artisan Luxx Candle is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Missing Package
If you didn’t receive a package from USPS and can 100% verify that it is not on your property – even though the tracking information says that it was delivered – you’re going to want to reach out to the post office ASAP. While the USPS provides a customer service hotline that you can contact in the event of missing mail or missing packages (You can reach the USPS Customer Care Center Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8:30 PM and on Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM EST at 1-800-275-8777), the fastest way to get help is to simply call the post office in your town or the closest post office to you physically.
